There are not many options left for mainland IDs. Open them while you can and cherish the window. You may not use them now, but it is good to have them. Below are the ones I have successfully opened so far, recommended and relatively safe and stable.
IBKR (Interactive Brokers)
A top-tier global broker with low commissions and excellent FX rates, suitable for experienced investors.
