Multica AI is an excellent AI agent management platform. Once you start using it seriously, however, you quickly run into a practical problem: you cannot stay at your computer all the time.

Multica Go is an unofficial native iOS client built for these mobile scenarios. It is not just a web wrapper—it is written in SwiftUI and lets you manage agents, chats, inbox items, issues, projects, and usage data from an iPhone or iPad.

Rather than explaining every button, this guide focuses on practical features that can make Multica more efficient on mobile.

There are currently three main ways to use Multica on a mobile device:

Web app: Multica’s official web app has a responsive layout. It works well enough for occasional checks in a mobile browser.

Official app: An official mobile implementation exists in the repository, but installing it can be difficult for regular users if it is not publicly available through the App Store.

Multica Go: An
unofficial
native client available on the App Store. It supports iPhone and iPad and can connect to the official API or a compatible custom or self-hosted service.

Voice is often more useful than a keyboard on mobile. If an idea comes to me while I am out, for example, I can create an issue, tap the microphone, dictate the description, review the transcription, and submit it.

Voice input is available in:

Issue comments and replies;

Chat messages to agents.

Speech recognition usually struggles most with product names, agent names, project names, abbreviations, and internal terminology. You might say “Multica,” for example, only to get a similar-sounding word in the transcript.

Multica Go Pro provides custom voice vocabulary. Each entry supports:

Correct term: The exact text you want, such as
Multica Go
,
AOL-909
, or an agent’s name;

Misrecognition aliases: Up to five common incorrect transcriptions for the term;

Enabled status: Temporarily disable a rule without deleting it.

It improves recognition in two ways. Correct terms are supplied to the speech recognition engine as hints. If an alias still appears in the transcript, the app replaces the complete matching term with the correct one. This is controlled replacement, not a fuzzy AI rewrite of the entire passage.

While editing an entry, tap the microphone to test recognition immediately with the current term and aliases—there is no need to save first. Once the result looks right, save it to the dictionary.

Go to Me → Preferences → Recognition Method → Custom Voice Vocabulary. You can store up to 100 entries, making this much more targeted than simply switching recognition languages if you regularly dictate tasks to agents.

Multica Go can save multiple server accounts and reload the selected server’s projects, agents, and inbox when you switch. You can also switch between multiple workspaces on the same server from one panel.

There are two ways to open it:

After copying a Multica issue link on your computer, you do not need to search for its identifier again on your iPhone. Clipboard link detection is enabled by default and checks for issue links when the app returns to the foreground.

Important details:

The feature is enabled by default;

You can disable it under Me → Preferences → Clipboard Link Detection;

It recognizes only issue links matching a signed-in server address;

It asks for confirmation instead of navigating silently;

If the link belongs to another server or workspace, the prompt explains that the context will change.

This saves a search while keeping clipboard access under your control. If the prompt is distracting or you do not want the app to read the clipboard, disable the option without affecting search, deep links, or other features.

Some issues only need a quick mobile reply, while code, long logs, or several reference files are better handled on a Mac. Multica Go supports Apple Handoff, allowing you to continue an issue currently open on your iPhone or iPad from a nearby Mac.

Open an issue in Multica Go and a Handoff entry appears in the Mac’s Dock or app switcher. Selecting it opens the issue’s web URL. It does not mirror the whole app; it hands off the exact issue you were reading.

Enable it under Me → Preferences → Issue Handoff. This is a Multica Go Pro feature and also requires Handoff to be enabled in the system settings on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

When the app is not running or has been in the background for a long time, a local client cannot continuously check the inbox. Multica Go therefore offers cloud notifications that send iOS alerts for new messages and open the related issue when tapped.

There are three important limitations:

Cloud notifications require a separate monthly subscription and are not included with Multica Go Pro.

Because Multica currently does not provide the necessary webhook, the push service must host a dedicated API token and poll for new messages.

Notifications are not guaranteed to be instant and can be delayed by about a minute. The server encrypts the token, but you should not enable this feature if you do not want the push service to host it.

Enable the feature under Me → Preferences → Cloud Notifications. Creating a dedicated push token is a good idea because it can be revoked easily when no longer needed.

The Usage screen shows token usage, cost, runtime, and agent rankings. For a quicker glance, add widgets to the Home Screen or Lock Screen:

Home Screen usage summaries and token trends with a configurable reporting period;

Lock Screen active-agent count;

Lock Screen weekly or monthly token usage;

Weekly and monthly cost widgets for Pro users.

Tapping a widget opens the related Agent or Usage screen. This is much faster than opening the web app and finding the analytics page when several agents are running.

In addition to these less obvious tips, Multica Go supports a fairly complete mobile workflow:

Chat with agents, review related task activity, and keep chat drafts;

Create, edit, and delete issues, update their properties, view timelines, and post comments;

Upload images and files to issues and comments;

Create, edit, and delete projects and manage project resources;

View Agent Office to see which agents are working;

Manage squads and automations and inspect automation runs;

Pin frequently used issues and projects;

Use light or dark mode and choose a custom accent color.

Long-press the app icon to scan a QR code, start a new chat, or create a new issue. If you frequently assign work to agents from mobile, this shortcut is worth making a habit.

Multica Go is not meant to move every complex desktop operation onto a phone. Its strength is helping you complete common tasks while away from your computer:

Assign a task to an agent by voice;

Correct specialist terms in voice transcriptions;

Process new inbox items;

Change an issue’s status or reply to a comment;

Share one issue link that works on the web and in the app;

Check agent activity and usage;

Hand off the issue you are reading to a Mac;

Switch quickly between servers and workspaces.

If you already use Multica—especially with self-hosted services, multiple workspaces, or several agents running in parallel—Multica Go is considerably more convenient than opening the web app in a mobile browser.
